Ingredients
  1. • -Chicken (with skin 8-10 pieces)
  2. • -Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  3. • -Salt 2 tsp
  4. • -Paprika 1 tsp and/or chilli powder half tsp
  5. • -Chinese salt 1 tsp or chicken powder
  6. • -Mustard powder ½ tsp
  7. • -Egg 1
  8. • -Milk 2 tbsp
  9. • -All purpose flour 1cup
  10. • -One of my friends suggests some soya sauce and vinegar to the same recipe would add more taste to it, you can try that
Method
  • 1. Marinate chicken with salt and lemon juice.
  • 2. Mix together milk and eggs and dip chicken in this mixture.
  • 3. In another bowl mix flour, salt, paprika, Chinese salt and mustard powder. Then coat chicken in flour mixture (If you want a crispier coating, coat in the flour a second time) and deep fry for 20 minutes on low to medium flame.
  • 4. Serve with fries!
