Ingredients
  1. Tongue Meat 250 gm
    Beef Mince 250 gm
    Red chili flakes 1 ½ tbsp
    Cumin seeds 1tsp
    Coriander seeds               1tsp
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Chopped green chilies 4-5
    Chopped Green coriander ½ bunch
    Chopped mint leaves ½ bunch
    Bread crumbs 4 tbsp
    Egg 1
    Oil to fry
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Chop together 250 gm tongue meat, 250 gm beef mince, 1 ½ tbsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp coriander seeds, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 4-5 chopped green chilies, ½ bunch green coriander, ½ bunch mint leaves, 4 tbsp bread crumbs, 1 egg and some salt in a chopper. Take it out in a plate, grease your hands and make kababs out of it. Put some oil in the pan and fry the kababs. Dish it out in the serving dish, garnish it with salad leaves and tomatoes
