Ingredients
  1. White flour  300 gm
    Egg white  1
    Butter   2 tbsp
    Oil  for frying
    Salt   to taste
    For filling:
    Almonds   1/2 cup
    Icing sugar  1/2 cup
    Egg yolk  1
    Cinnamon powder   1 pinch
    Honey  2 tbsp
    Butter  3 to 4 tbsp
Method
  • In a mixing bowl add 300 gm white flour, 1 egg white, 2 tbsp butter and salt to taste and knead it to form dough. Now roll it with rolling pin and cut in spherical shape. For filling, in a mixing bowl mix 1/2 cup almond, 1/2 cup icing sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 pinch cinnamon powder, 2 tbsp honey an d3 to 4 tbsp butter to mix. Now place the filling on dough and brush the egg on edges and fold them in the shape of half moon.
    In pan heat oil and fry them. Remove and sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve
