Cheese Samosa Recipe

Cheese Samosa is a new variety of snack that is loved by children and adults due to its cheesy flavor. It is prepared by making dough and filling separately. For dough of Cheese Samosa you require puff pastry or Samosa sheet. For making the filling cheese, cilantro, mint, jalapeno seeds, egg, onion, salt & black pepper. Cheese Samosa filling is quite tasty and unique from typical Samosa. Fry it in hot oil and serve it hot to enjoy the melting cheese in your mouth. You can serve it with chutney or sauce as per your taste. This Ramadan, surprise your kids and guests by making these delicious Cheese Samosa from our recipes.

Ingredients
  1. For dough:
  3. U can use any of dough or samosa sheet or puff pastry all taste very good.
  5. Filling:
  7. 3/4 cup paneer crumbled
  8. 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  9. 1 tsp chopped mint
  10. 1 jalapeno seeds removed & finely chopped
  11. 1 egg beaten
  12. 1 small onion very finely chopped
  13. salt to adjust your taste.
  14. a little black pepper.
  15. Oil for deep frying
Method
  • Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Roll out the dough into small circles or use Samosa sheets what ever you desire.
  • Fill in each sheet or rolled dough with cheese. seal the sides with water.
  • Heat oil & fry the samosas till nice & golden.
  • Serve hot with soups accompanied with your choice of chutney and feel the sensation of hot melted cheese.
