Chatpata Aloo Recipe

Ingredients
  1. 6 Boiled potatoes.
  2. 1 green chilli - chopped
  3. 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  4. 3 tsp coriander finely chopped
  5. 2 tsp garlic - crushed
  6. 3 tsp tomato puree
  7. 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1/2 cup water.
  10. 3 tbsp oil
Method
  • Chatpata Aloo is very simple recipe you just have to need some of the basic ingredients for making it, bring change in taste and dishes on Ramadan and avoid bad diet.
  • - Peel off the skin and Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes.
  • - in a bowl, mix tomato puree, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, coriander, lemon, green chilli and a bit of water.
  • - in a pan, put oil on a flame and then add (2) tomato puree paste. stir well.
  • - now add boiled potatoes and mix well.
  • - add water and let it cook until the gravy becomes thick.
  • - Serve hot with fried peanuts.

I like the recipe of chatpata aalo, i will try it in ramazan but i want to ask that can i also mix Shakarqandi with aalo?
