  1. beef mins half kg. red chlie powder 1 tea sp. salt to taste. dhania powder 1 tea sp. zeera 1 tea sp. dal chini powder big elach powder long powder = half tea sp.sabut dhania 1 tea sp. kutti lal mirch 1 tea sp. green chlies chooped 2 .green dhania. bread crumbs. 1egg.1 small onion.2 tabsp of basin.
Method
  • mix all the ingredients given in a bowl and give cutlet shape and ready to fry.
