چکن بروسٹ (INGREDIENTS)

مرغی سواسے ڈیڑھ کلو
پسی ہوئی رائی آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
میدہ اور کارن فلور تین تین کھانے کا چمچہ
ہرا دھنیا حسب ضرورت
بیکنگ پاؤڈر پون چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
دوسٹر سوس چار کھانے کے چمچے
نمک حسب پسند

METHOD

پہلے مرغی کو صاف کر کے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔ پھر اس میں تمام مصالحے اچھی طرح لگا دیں اور تین چار گھنٹہ تک رکھ دیں۔ اب اس میں آلو کے چپس بنا کر شامل کر دیں اور ہرے دھنیے کی پتیاں توڑ کر ڈال دیں اور سب کو اچھی طرح ملا لیں۔ پھر اس کو گھی میں فرائی کر لیں۔ فرائی پین میں گھی ڈالیں اور مرغی کے ایک ایک ٹکڑے کو تلتے جائیں اور ہلکی سی سرخی آنے پر نکال لیں اور ڈش میں سجا کر تناول فرمائیں۔ یہ بہت ہی لذیذ مرغی ثابت ہو گی۔
