Ingredients
  1. Chicken  1 kg 8 pieces
    Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
    Green chilies ground 1 tbsp
    Salt 1 1/2 tsp
    Coriander powder 1 tsp
    Vinegar  2 tbsp
    Bread crumbs  as required
    Egg   3 beaten
Method
  • Boil chicken with 2 cups water .Add 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp Green chilies ground  , 1  1/2tsp salt ,1tsp Coriander powder,  2tbsp Vinegar .
    Boil  till the chicken tenders and the  water dries.
    Cool chicken and dredge chicken pieces into bread crumbs.
    Dip into well beaten eggs and deep fry till light golden
