Ingredients
  1. Butter 4 ounces
    Brown sugar 4 ounces
    Caster sugar 1 ounce
    Flour 4 ounce
    Coco powder 1 ounce
    Baking powder 1 tsp
    Eggs 2
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Walnuts chopped 2 ounce
    Chocolate ice cream as required
    Ingredients for fudge sauce
    Butter 2 tbsp
    Brown sugar ½ cup
    Honey 2 tbsp
    Coco powder 1 tbsp
    Cream ½ cup
    Walnuts chopped 2 tbsp
Method
  • Beat butter with brown sugar and caster sugar till light and fluffy add in 1 egg at a time gradually adding in the sieve flour, coco and baking powder mixture add in the second egg, fold in the remaining flour and coco mixture with walnuts and essence, pour mixture in a well greased 8*8 inches square tin, bake for 30 minutes on 180 degree C, when cool cut in triangle or square pieces, serve in a sizzler with chocolate ice cream, top with fudge sauce and cream.
    Method for fudge sauce
    In a sauce pan cook Butter 2 tbsp, Brown sugar ½ cup, Honey 2 tbsp, Coco powder 1 tbsp, Cream ½ cup, Walnuts chopped 2 tbsp, heat gently until boiling, stirring continuously, boil for 1 minute pour on top of brownie on hot sizzler.
