Ingredients
  1. Beef Mince½ kg
    Papaya2 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Chili powder1 tbsp
    Coriander powder ½ tbsp
    Cumin seeds½ tbsp
    All spice powder½ tbsp
    Ginger1 tbsp
    Garlic1 tbsp
    Onion1
    Yogurt250 gm
    Oil¾ cup
    Coal1 piece
Method
  • In chopper put together ½ kg mince, 2 tbsp papaya, salt to taste, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp chili powder, ½ tbsp coriander powder, ½ tbsp cumin powder, ½ tbsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp ginger, 1 tbsp garlic and 1 chopped onion.
    Chopperize finely, then add 250 gm yogurt and mix well.
    Put the mince mixture in a pan, also add ¾ cup oil and cook till mince is tender.
    Lastly give dum of coal. Now dish it out, serve with chapatti, onion rings, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies and lemon wedges.
