بیف چلی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. گائے کے پتلے پارچے ۔۔ آدھا کلو
  2. کٹا لہسن ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
  3. سویا سوس ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
  4. کورن فلار ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  5. ہری مرچ ۔۔ ایک پیالی
  6. براؤن شوگر ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
  7. نمک ۔۔ حسب ضرورت
  8. تیل ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
METHOD
  • ایک پین میں تیل گرم کریں اور لہسن کے ساتھ گوشت کو فرائے کرلیں۔ چند منٹ بعد سویا سوس اور براؤن شوگر شامل کرلیں۔ نمک کارن فلار شامل کر کے مزید پکائیں، گوشت نرم ہوجائے اور پانی خشک ہوجائے تو ہری مرچیں شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور ابلے ہوئے چاولوں کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔
