Ingredients
  1. Beef undercut½ kg
    Saltto taste
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Papaya paste2 tbsp
    White pepper powder¼ tsp
    Black pepper powder½ tsp
    Mustard paste1 tsp
    Worchester sauce2 tbsp
    Onion chopped1
    Mushroom chopped5 – 6
    Tomatoes sliced2
    Cheddar cheese100 gm
    Butter2 tbsp
    Fresh cream½ cup
    Oilas required
    Flour (roasted)1 tbsp
    Milk½ cup
Method
  • Cut ½ kg beef into big slices, beat with the hammer till flatten.
    Marinate with ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, mustard paste, Worchester sauce and papaya paste.
    Now cook the marinate beef slices in a grill pan with a little oil.
    Now put chopped onion, tomato slices, chopped mushroom and grated cheese on top of each beef slice, fold and put in oven for 6 – 8 minutes.
    In a pan heat 2 tbsp butter, add ½ cup milk and ½ cup fresh cream. Cook till it comes to a boil, thicken sauce with 1 tbsp roasted flour. Lastly add a little salt and black pepper.
    Pour the prepared sauce on baked beef fillets, serve hot.
