Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless½ kg
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Black peppercorns3-4
    Degi Red chilies2
    Vinegar                few drops
    Tikka masala1 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
    Lemons                2
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Crushed coriander1 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Crushed cumin1 tbsp
    Oilas required
    To Garnish:
    Onion rings2
    Lemons                1
    Mint leaves1 bunch
    Chopped green chilies2
    Saltto taste
Method
  • Boil boneless chicken with garlic cloves and 3-4 black peppercorns.
    Add some drops of vinegar in 2 degi red chilies and boil it.
    Add in 1 tbsp crushed coriander in boiled chilies and grind it.
    Mix together chutney paste, 1 tbsp tikka masala, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2 lemon juice, 1 tsp roasted and cumin , 1 tsp crushed black pepper and some salt. Keep it for some time.
