مکھن ۔۔ چار کھانے چمچ
براؤن شوگر ۔۔ ایک کپ
کنڈ یسنڈ ملک ۔۔ ایک کپ
پیکٹ کریم ۔۔ ایک کپ
پی نٹ بٹر ۔۔ دو سے تین کھانے کے چمچ
لیموں کا رس ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
کیلے ۔۔ بارہ عدد
بسکٹس ۔۔ ایک ڈبا چھوٹا
گلیز چیری ۔۔ آٹھ سے دس عدد
کریم ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
آئسنگ شوگر ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پودینے کے پتے ۔۔ حسب ضرورت

METHOD

مکھن گرم کر کے اس میں براؤن شوگر اور آدھا ٹن کنڈ یسنڈ ملک شامل کریں۔ جب گولڈن براؤن ہوجائے تو اتار کر ٹھنڈا کریں۔ کیلے کاٹ کر لیموں کا رچ ڈالیں اور ڈش میں لگا دیں۔ کیریمل میں کریم اور پی نٹ بٹر شامل کریں اور کیلوں پر ڈال دیں۔ ڈائجسٹو بسکٹ کو چورا کر کے گارنش کریں۔ کریم سے پھول بنائیں اور آخر میں لال چیری اور پودینے کے پتو سے گارنش کر کے پیش کریں۔
