Ingredients
  1. Milk ½ kg
    Khoya 125 gm
    Sugar ½ cup
    Almonds and pistachio 50 gm
Method
  • Take ½ kg milk and ½ cup sugar in the pan and cook it till the sugar dissolves. Add in 125 gm khoya and mix it. Cook it till the mixture thickens. Then add in 50 gm almonds and pistachio. Mix it and cool it. Pour it in bottle and cool it.

This is chenna not Khoya.By separating the milk solids,properties of milk changed.it will no longer remain sweet as it will remain in Kyoha.Thanks for your recipe anyway...
