Ingredients
  1. Spaghetti 500 g
  2. Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
  3. Asparagus sauce
  4. Asparagus sPears 500 g
  5. Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  6. SlIce wholegrain Bread 1 thick slIce
  7. Evaporated 1 cup
  8. Skim Milk
  9. Mozzarella cheese 60 g
  10. Black pepper
Method
  • Cook Spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepans following packets direction, Drain set aside keep warn
  • To make sauce, steam, boil or microwave asparagus until tender. Drain and refresh under cold running water cut asparagus into 2.5cm and set aside
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook bread crumbs over a low heat, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. stir in milk and asparagus, and cook, stirring occasionally, over a medium heat for 5 minute. Mix in cheese and season to taste with black pepper
  • Place spaghetti on a warmed serving platter, spoon sauce over and toss gently to combine.
