Ingredients
  1. 1 package (9 oz), yield Artichokes (Globe or French) (Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled)
  2. 1/2 cup Bouillon Vegetable Broth
  3. 3 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. 3 tsps Garlic
  5. 2 tbsps Parsley
  6. 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  7. 1/2 cup shredded Fontina Cheese
  8. 6 leaves Basil
  9. 1/2 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
  10. 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
Method
  • 1- Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • 2- Arrange artichoke hearts in a single layer on the bottom of an 11-by-7-inch (2-quart) baking dish. 3- Top with garlic and broth. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley and basil.
  • 4- Cover evenly with the cheeses, ending with the Parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil, and bake until artichokes are tender and cheeses are melted, about 15 minutes.
  • 5- Uncover and continue baking until cheese is lightly golden and slightly crusty, about 25 minutes more.
  • 6- Remove from oven, and cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
