Ingredients
  1. Chicken 8 pieces
  2. Onion 1 piece
  3. Green chilies 3-4
  4. Black pepper 1tbsp
  5. Red Chilli powder 1tsp
  6. Ginger and Garlic paste 1tbsp
  7. Tamarind pulp1 tbsp
  8. Lemon juice 1tbsp
  9. Yogurt 2tbsp
  10. Ghee 4tbsp
  11. Salt 1-1/2 tbsp
  12. Staranise powder 1/4tsp
  13. Coal 1 piece
  14. Naan to serve with the dish
Method
  • Make cuts on the Chicken pieces.
  • Mix Green pepper, Red pepper, Salt, Garlic and Ginger paste , Lemon juice and all Ghee into a spice paste.
  • Now mix this paste on the Chicken and leave it for marination for at least 2 hours
  • Now cook the Chicken in pan.
  • In the end use burnig Coal to steam the dish for barbecue taste.
  • This Chicken Karahi best goes with (Sesame) Naans.
