Ingredients
  1. Butter 5 ounces
    Dark chocolate 6 ounces
    Cater sugar 1 cup
    Vanilla 1 tsp
    Eggs 2
    Flour 1 ½ cup
    Ingredients for frosting
    Chocolate 4 ounce
    Milk 2 tbsp
    Cream 2 tbsp
Method
  • Cook all together in a micro till melted for 1 minute, cool and spread on brownie.
    Melt butter, chocolate, remove mixture in a large bowl, add in sugar, essence, eggs, sifted flour, beat for 2-3 minutes, pour in a well greased 8*8 inches pan, and bake for 180 degree for 30 minutes.  Remove cool and spread with frosting.
