Ingredients
  1. Mutton liver ½ kg
  2. White cumin 1 tsp
  3. White vinegar 1tbsp
  4. Green coriander 1 bunch
  5. Green chilies 4
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  7. Red chili 1tsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Lemon 2
  10. Oil ½ cup
Method
  • Marinate liver with unpeeled garlic cloves. For about 10 min
  • Then wash liver with cold water
  • Put ½ kg of mutton liver, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of garlic ginger paste, 1tsp of white vinegar in a iron skillet pan on low flame
  • When water completely dries then adds black pepper, 1 tsp of white cumin and allow cooking
  • When cooked then add lemon juice, green chilies and salt and keep on simmer for 5 min.

I never marinate kaleji with garlic cloves, i see first time this time and its looking good because marination process remove all the smell of kaleji.

How can i make kaleji is more spicy? I think yougurd and immli is the best fore making it more tasty. I like kaleji but i cannot make it.
