فیرنی (INGREDIENTS)
  1. دودھ ۔۔ ایک لیٹر
  2. چاول ۔۔ 4/3 کپ
  3. چھوٹی الائچی ۔۔ چھ عدد
  4. چینی ۔۔ ایک کپ
  5. زعفران ۔۔ ایک چٹکی
  6. پستہ ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
  7. چاندی کا ورق ۔۔ گارنش کے لئے
METHOD
  • چاولوں کو بھگوئیں اور خشک کر کے پیس لیں۔ دودھ میں چاول اور الائچی ڈال کر پکائیں۔ جب تھوڑے چاول گل جائے تو اس میں چینی اور زعفران شامل کردیں۔ تیار ہونے پر چولہے سے اتارلیں۔ آخر میں زعفران اور پستہ شامل کرکے چاندی کے ورق سے سجائیں۔ فیرنی تیار ہے۔
