بلونا پنیر ۔۔ 18 سلائس
مایونیز ۔۔ ایک پیالی
سلاد پتے حسب ضرورت
ٹماٹر ۔۔ بیس قتلے
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پاپڑ ہرا دھنیا گاجر، کھیرے، ٹماٹر باریک کٹے ہوئے پیش کرنے کے لئے

METHOD

مایونیز میں لال مرچ ملائیں اور سارے سلائسوں پر لگالیں۔ تین سلائسوں پر سلاد پتے، ٹماٹر اور دو، دو پنیر رکھیں، اس عمل کو دو مرتبہ دہرادیں۔ سب سے اوپر ڈبل روٹی کے تین سلائس رکھ کر اچھی طرح سے دبائیں۔ ان کے کنارے کاٹیں اور درمیان سے تکونے کاٹ کر پاپڑ، ہرا دھنیا، گاجر، کھیرے اور ٹماٹر کے ہمراہ پیش کریں۔
