Ingredients
  1. Boneless chicken 250 gm cut in big cubes
    Salt ½ tsp
    Black pepper ½ tsp
    Mustard ½ tsp
    Vinegar 1 tbsp
    Ingredients for batter
    Flour 3 tbsp heaped
    Corn flour 1 tbsp heaped
    Baking powder ½ tsp
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Salt and white pepper ¼ tsp each
Method
  • Marinate chicken cubes with salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar for 30 minutes; make batter with all given ingredients, dip chicken pieces in batter and deep fry until golden and crisp.
    To serve
    Put fried chicken pieces on one side of platter, serve with Cole slow salad and fries.
