Ingredients
  1. Butter soften ¾ cup or 6 ounces
    Sugar 1 2/3 cup
    Eggs 3 beaten
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Flour 2 cups
    Coco powder 4 tbsp
    Baking soda  1 ¼ tsp
    Baking powder ¼ tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Water 1 1/3 cup
    Chocolate kisses 30
    Ingredients for chocolate frosting
    Butter ¼ cup softened
    Coco 2 tbsp heaped
    Milk 2 to 3 tbsp
    Vanilla ½ tsp
    Icing sugar 2 cups
Method
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl beat until smooth.
    Method for cup cake
    Beat butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla essence until light and fluffy, in another bowl sieve together flour, coco, baking soda, baking powder and salt, add alternately with water to butter mixture, fill paper lined muffin cups half full, place a chocolate drop in centre of each, bake on 180 degree C for 20 minutes, cool completely, frost with chocolate frosting, top each with a chocolate kiss.
