The Karachi University (KU) on Thursday announced dates of admission tests to
various Master's degree programmes.
KU Admissions Director Prof Dr Khalid Iraqi said BCom and BBA graduates would
sit the National Testing System (NTS) examination on December 7 at 9am at the
Federal Urdu University of Arts Science and Technology, Gulshan-e-Iqbal campus.
Graduates of BSc, BCS, Home Economics, BE, Bed, MBBS as well as BA, Humanities
and Social Sciences would take the test at the Government College
Gulshan-e-Iqbal, opposite Safari Park on the same day and time.
Candidates interested in Pharm-D programme were directed to take the test on
December 6 at 9:30am at the KU’s Political Sciences Department.
The 100 marks test would be divided into five parts comprising English, General
Knowledge, Biology, Chemistry and Physics. Students have been divided into three
different groups with respect to their qualifications. The schedule is also
available at www.uok.edu.pk and www.nts.org.pk.
All candidates were directed to appear at their respective centres at least 30
minutes before the examination timing as late comers would not be allowed to sit
the test.
