The academic session 2012 for students of degree classes (BA, BSc and BCom)
will begin on Wednesday at all colleges affiliated with the University of
Karachi, but a spokesman for KU said that those who have not yet obtained
admission can still receive and submit admission forms to the colleges where
seats are available.
Although the official deadline was Feb 7, admission to degree classes will
continue to be given till Feb 21 with a late fee of Rs500, and from Feb 22 to
March 8 with a late fee of Rs1,000.
The spokesman also said that fresh entrants could submit their enrolment forms
at their respective colleges up to March 26 without any late fee and those who
miss this deadline can submit their enrolment forms till April 17 with a late
fee of Rs500.
BDS results
The University of Karachi on Tuesday announced the results of BDS final
professional supplementary examination 2011.
A total of 32 candidates were registered, 31 appeared in the exam and 23 of them
were declared successful, according to a statement issued by the university.
