Islamabad: The Quaid-i-Azam University has changed the timings for the
ongoing BA, BSc and BCom examinations ahead of the fasting month of
Ramazan.
From today (Monday) onwards, the exams will begin at 10a.m. and end at
1p.m.
Earlier, the exams were held between 1p.m. and 4p.m. as the exam halls
were unavailable for being used for the Federal Board of Intermediate
and Secondary Education exams.
Now as the FBISE exams are over, the QAU will hold the remaining BA, BSc
and BCom exams in those halls from 10a.m. to 1p.m.
The QAU exams had begun on May 10 and will last until June 15. The
practical examinations will take place afterwards. Around 15 graduate
and postgraduate colleges in Islamabad Capital Territory are affiliated
with the QAU for the benefit of local students. Before in 2012, they
were affiliated with the University of Punjab, Lahore.
