ISLAMABAD - Sharing the government’s national initiative of providing relief to the flood affectees and contribute towards their rehabilitation, the private sector has also come forward and is actively extending maximum support at all levels to minimise the suffering of the flood victims. Keeping in the spirit of nationhood and fraternity, AAA Associates has been actively participating in flood relief efforts with the provision of emergency aid supplies and equipment, as well as food and shelter to displaced people. On the occasion, Chairman AAA Associates Sheikh Fawad Bashir expressed his solidarity with the people who have lost their homes, their farms and all the sources of their livelihood. He said, “As a nation, we should extend all that we can in support of our people,” said Chairman AAA Associates Sheikh Fawad Bashir while extending relief support and donations for the flood victims’ support. In his remark, MD of the company, Lt Col (Retd) Shahzad Ali Kiani said the floods necessitate redoubling of our efforts to combat the climate crisis and we all should assist the government’s relief and rehabilitation efforts. “Our people are our strength and we will do everything in our capacity to help those who are suffering,” he said
