kya hamare teachers is able hain k wo thik tarhan parha sakain??ji nahi hamare han semester system to hai par ye ab tak nahi jan sake k semester system kese hota hai starting main teachers buhat slow chalte hain semester k end main sara course stydent k sir pe dal dete hain yani transparancy se 2 hrs main khatam ho jata hai course is terhan teacher k jan chot jati hai bache ratta laga lete hain ab bat ye hai jin k ratta acha hai un k marks ache aate hai jo practical students hai wo peche reh jate hain ab batain kis tarhan hamri universities no.1 pe aein gi?? phele hamain hamara talimi system thik karna hoga.har bacha taleem se nahi bhagta us ko is kharab talimi system ne dur kia hai hamre han paise khila k pass hone ka bhi system hia khareeb bache jo perhna chahte hain wo kahan jaen ge?har teacher ache student ko he support kerta hai kyun nahi kerte 1 weak student pe mehnat kya us ka haq nahi age berhne ka?jab tak ye sab theek nahi hoga kuch nahi ho sakta ...

Salam to all.
When we have developed culture of cheating, copying even in P.hd thesis at
university level and marking papers under
pressure and instead of teaching in classes,teachers pressurise to pursue studies at their private coaching centres, then how we can turn our shools, colleges and universities into real education alma maters.
Instead of doing this and that and coming and going here and there and cursing ourselves, if we manage to change our attitudes in the following fields, we can overcome allour problems, I bet.
We, as parent perform our duties which infact parents are performing as required under the disguise that children don't care and attend to their advice. This is false statement. In fact they have seperated themselves from the children which behaviour they'll have to change. Mothers will have to, first, feed their babies instead of deeding on other milk. This alone creates first live relation. Bearing baby is a great job but this is in darkness for the child and what he watches is the acts done after birth.
Teachers should mend their ways and teach in classes only. And if extra effort is required for weak students or give extra attention to shining students then it must be free and within the school premises. For this, the state must raise their emoluments instead of spending more and more on law and order. Teahcers must get early promotions as is done in other civil cadres. Rather other cadres be below the teachers' cadre. What is happening is that who so ever fails to get inducted in civil service resorts to teaching and the outcome is obvious. This needs to be changed.
Then comes judiciary. In our country it is not functioning in right direction. Every wealthy or resourceful person gets a verdict of his choice while the poor fails to get real justice. Cases of rich are either heard and disposed off quickly or sent to dark rooms for ever. But in the case of poor, the hearings are put off over the years for petty faults or crimes and their detention far extends the penalty or period. The families of poor are ruined in the mean time and there is no one to look them after.
If these are done, I'm sure, we cane change the scenario and world will see that our universities rank much higher than any other university. But where there is will, there is a way and shamefully, I do't see the will among those sitting at the helm of affairs. May God dawn a day when the mind set is changed and we return to what was taught by our Holy Prophet(peace be upon Him). Aameen.

They do not know that education is question of life and death for us. i cannot understand that without education how can we become a civilized countries, they spending their wealth on worthless things, they are spending resources on "Ayashi" so become illetrate despite the fact that our caliph has dlivered the message that take knowkedge from every where, quoted, he also told "get knowledge i you can go china for this purpose. i want to say that it is due to the un-unity of the muslim countries. Every progress of eurpeon countries is base on the muslim countries, the progress of every country is based on oil and food. the muslim countries of south asia are full of oil and gas and east asia countries have the most suitable and fertile earth for growing every type of crops. such type of products are the most important for any country if the muslim countries be united and their all product can improve their economy and if the economy if strong their education will also be strong.
secondly there is also a reason that there are many type of education systems are in muslim countries, like Islamic education, Eniglish medium and europion education system also. It is the need of time that muslim Countiries should make a plan in which a system should be introduced which fulfill the need of the time.
Thirdly there is a lack of intitution and universites in islamic countries,
At the end if muslim countris be united then they can meet every problem easily.
so unity of muslim countries is the major point in my thinking.
