Depressive Mood Disorder

Depression is not a solution of every problem. Every Muslim should try to understand this above words.It may afflicts rich or poor, highly educated or uneducated and successful or unsuccessful. If any person in one of you feel depress then you should ask only a question to yourself. Why i am feel depress? Is it a permanent place to live? Is it good than heaven? When every person will realize that it is not a permanent place to live. He will never tell a lie.He will never feel depress and He will never think to do anything wrong.we should thanks to Allah that he gave a chance to us to get pleasure of life.it does not matter what you have? who are you? Always try to live happy with what you have? and who you are? A severe depression does not respect socioeconomic status, educational attainments or physical features. If you want to live happy so it depends on you how you find happiness from everything. To feel depress is a natural phenomenon but not more than 15-20 minutes. If it will be extend it becomes severe. it is a first step of all mental disorders.it appears in 90% of all diagnosed cases of mood disorder. More than 100 million people world wide experiences clinical depression every year and now it is widely spreading in overall Pakistan.35.7% depression patients in Karachi.43% from Quetta while 53.4% from Lahore and you know what there are only 400 specialists doctor in Pakistan so how they overcome this problem with the single hand?Every person have to taste the flavor of death so what does it mean? the achievements which we get from this universe they all are temporary. Here are a couple that can help:

1-Say ‘Hasbun Allahu wa Ni’ mal Wakeel‘ This has been translated as “God suffices me and He is the best guardian.” It is an excellent way of reminding us that whatever worries we have or problems we face, God has the answer and cure to all of them and is the only One who can really do what is best for us.
2- Shaytan is the source of many of our negative emotions. It’s his job to make us feel pessimistic and to despair of any good in life. When you feel these feelings coming on, stop him dead in his tracks: say Aoutho billahi minash Shaytan ir Rajeem (I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed satan). 3- The Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “Whenever you see someone better than you in wealth, face or figure, you should look at someone who is inferior to you in these respects” (Bukhari, Muslim).
