Education for all reality or a mith

OUR RULES, PLEASE DO NOT DEPRIVE US FROM OUR FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS.

PML(N) is very popular in Chak Jalal Din Rawalpindi and its vicinities like Dhoke Syedan, Masrial Road, Kamalabad etc. I have been residing in that area since 2006. Whenever General Elections are held nobody is coming to the people asking for votes for PML(N). Usually Ch. Nisar or anybody else from PML(N) are favorite candidates. Earlier the son-in-law of the sitting Prime Minister Captain Safdar remained MNA from the constituency. Surprisingly, Captain Safdar never ever visited the constituency or held a public gathering during his tenure. I wonder why I and my family members in particular and the people of the vicinity like PML(N) for the following reasons:-
(i) Prior to 2008 Mr. Pervez Ellahi, the Ex-Chief Minister Punjab upon the recommendation of MPA Raja Basharat planned to setup a Degree College for Girls and Boys near Dhoke Syedan Chowk. By incurring expenditures in Corers of Rupees from the National Exchequer the College was set up in Dhoke Syedan Chowk, Rawalpindi.
(ii) I have heard that from the year 2008 onwards, Corers of Rupees have been spent on its maintenance till date.
(iii) Almost eight years have elapsed, but surprisingly no staff has been appointed in the College so far.
(iv) Low-paid people are living in the vicinity and there is no Government College around them. Even Federal Government Colleges do not admit the girls and boys of the said backward area.
(v) Girja Road has almost more than 100 feet width in official papers but only 20 and at some placed less than 20 feet width have been left over where road is leading towards motorway known as Girja Road and the whole road is occupied by illegal occupants. No government is seen here to implement its writ.
(vi) The Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 enshrines that all citizens have equal protection of law and there shall be no discrimination. But the young boys and Girls are being treated discriminately as PML(N) knows that the people of the area have no choice to elect except their candidates.
(vii) There are rumors in the air that as the Degree College at Dhoke Syedan was initiated by Ch. Pervez Ellahi, therefore, the present Chief Minister has no interest and funds are not being released to make appointment of the staff and the college is not being opened although Millions of rupees have been spent upon it for its construction and millions of rupees are being spent upon the building for its maintenance. Allah will ask such rules for their misdeeds. All the money of the province is spent in Lahore on Yellow Train and unnecessary projects.

Chief Minister/Khadim-e-Ahla is requested to do the needful as soon as possible to start classes in the Degree College Dhoke Syedan Chowk Rawalpindi as soon as possible.
