'Our imaginations just began to run away with us and what started as a snowman turned into a mosque,' he said. 'The minaret would have been over six foot and it would have been two metres wide and about a metre deep. We had to collect a lot of snow to finish it.' The structure, which is complete with a dome, minaret and crescent, took about two and a half hours to build - but it soon started to crumble as the snowfall died away.
