Education is a very important for every person. Every one dreams for the betterment of his life. Person start to get education and after the completion of the degree he gets jobs it is a common in every country .but here in Pakistan situation is different. During the study of his child every parents think after the completion of the education subject will get a handsome amount .When the education completed the He/She go to search the job in Pakistan he apply all the websites were job is placed .but he cannot get the job because the criteria is now change every organization want a experienced person they are not willing to get a fresh degree holder they just think and get the He/She that how know of the work if education not complete doesn’t matter they just want work .fresh degree holder try to get the job even they get a job but their field are irrelevant.60 percent jobs are reference bases .if every organization have no place for fresh degree holder then why our education system sent us in market as a fresh. One should take an initiative government or organization. Government should take step to produces a experienced subject or organization should have a place for fresh subject. Both of them should be take a initative. otherwise student’s mind will be actually changed, they are getting the education just for degree to fulfill the criteria not for learning. They started the job during her degree program after the degree completion they will have 2 year working experience but this degree will be just for formality and lack of knowledge .it is very sad movement for Pakistan think about it.
