It,s said that when somebody has to loss weight he must have to stop eating.but in fact this is a wrong concept.if any person want to loss weight he/she has to only decrease the amount of each food not to stop it completely.

In addition he /she has to increase excrcise.and should to walk.but walk doesn,t mean to go for a long time.a good for fats burning is that,which increase your heart beat and you start sweating in past it was considerd that for weight loss we should stop eating for a long time.but its not true.as food for every 2 or 3 hours is very essential for our body metabolis.it speed up metabolic process.

There are some tips which can help in weight loss.
1..avoid salt
2..take reguler exrcise
3..green leafy vegetables
3.should take broccoli,cauliflower,brussels,sprouts,kale cabbage.
4...small food every 2 hours
5..high intake of fluids.
