Greek saying that: “A healthy body has healthy mind” Sports & other outdoor activities are the main process in early stage of ages. There are many great personalities who play their role in a way of sport in very ethical way. There are also many institutions that play their role in very good manner. Small and large institutions regarding to our education programs are now emerge to develop their existence in way of games and other exercising tasks in good way. Government institutions also took place their roles in good way. There are many programs regarding to physical education also emerged in favorable way in which different occasions in the form of sports day or week insists the student or children to settle their bodies in good way. But now in this erea there are many unprofessional programs in the form of indoor games influence children’s attentions in unprogressive way. The games which are usually played in the ground or any park developed the great capacity of healthy acts. Games also provides the human abilities in tolerance, patience etc. the influence of government techniques help the institutional polices to provide motivation in physical healthy acts. As we saw that there are many public places in the form of grounds and parks. They may not exist well for the welfares of public. They are usually not very clean by cleaning strategies schemes completely. The staff should be appointed for the responsibilities of cleaning works. By this step the parents involved more & more to place their students in physical exercises. Secondly the advertisement regarding to indoor games should be less available in all media channels. The parents should also involve their children in outdoor games. The government institutions also more and more emerged in field of education programs. Because very few institution which are involved in higher education programs. The small funfair and fun game task should be occurring in public places in a month. The reward in the form of medals, cups and little amount of money also be introduced by our government agencies. The free surveys by our leaders in public places to check and balance acts in way of cleanliness must be emerged. The whole responsibility is not only in government hand but the responsibility is same as for our parents, friends and guardians to taken the more and more steps in the way physical exercise games to arrangement in greater way. Because the degree by our gaming institutions also provided the degrees for the settlement to lives in the greater ways.
