Potentials of Pakistan
The dilemma is that this nation is unaware of its true potential.
According to projections of Jim O’Neil for Pakistan in 2050, the country
has the potential to become 18th largest economy in the world by 2050
with the GDP of US$3.33 trillion which is almost similar size of German
economy today. We currently stand at the 44th position in the world with
a GDP of US$225.14 billion. If the projections of Neil are considered
correct then Pakistan's economy would grow 15 times in the next 35 years
or so.
