I am thankful to you whatif you do not agree with only point 9, because I understand that everybody has all the rights in the world to agree or disagree any or all the points.
I do not want to change your opinion but I can only clarify that one should not smile for 24 hours when boss is around, because I think you would also agree that no boss in the world can be around to its subordinate 24 hours. And as far as self respect is concerned it is quite true that self respect is not only "koi cheez " but "very big cheez", and this self respect can be earned after working hard with honesty and passion.

sorry am a bit late for commenting.. me dnt agree wid point 9 .. coz if ur boss is quite diplomatic n do favourism for a long tyme.. i dnt think u cn smile 24 hrz .. wen hez around... self respect bhi koi cheez hai..
