1. mai aap ki ghyr zuroori aur bachgaana baaton ka jawaab daina zuroori nahi samajta q k agar mai ne fiqha hanafi ki kitaabein maslan shaami, hidayah, ad-dur al-mukhtaar waghera khol dein aur un se iqtibasaat naqal karna shuru kardiya tu shahid aap ko mo chupaane ki jaghah nahi milay gi ya phir aap k saamne yehi baat rahe jai ge "k is qoal par hamaarah fatwah nahi" jaisa k hanafi muqqallideen ka tareeqa hai. ye'ni woh apne aap ko har qisam k benefit of the doubt dain ge, magar dosron par ghyr zuroor keechar uchaalne k liye har waqt tayyaar, subhanAllaah.

is liye mai ghyr zuroori aur kam aqalon ka jawaab daina zuroori nahi samajhta. warna chutkalay aur lateefay aap ki fiqahi kitaabon mai bharay paray hain.

2. dosri baat ye hai k lafz taraaweeh nabi kareem salAllaahu alayhe wa sallam k waqt mai nahi tha, bal k raat ki namaaz k liye qayaamul layl ka lafz ayaa hai. isi tarha qur'an mai tahajjud ka lafz aya hai.

chon ke ye istarahaat waali namaaz hai, jis mai 4 rak'aah k ba'd thori dar k liye sastaa liya jaata hai, is liye ba'd k muhaditheen ne is ko taraweeh ka lafz diya. mai apna mudda'a do ya teen riwayt par bandon ga. pehli riwayt ko teen jagha se naqal karon ga.

a. sahee bukhari mai imaam bukhaari ne baab baanda

باب قِيَامِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِاللَّيْلِ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَغَيْرِهِ

baab qiyaamin-nabiyyu salAllaahu alayhe wa sallama bil-layli fi ramadhana wagharah

ye'ni aisa baab k jis mai qiyaam-e-layl ka nabi salAllaahu alayhe wa sallam ki raat ki namaaz ka zakar hai ramadhaan waghera ka.

hadeeth number hai 1147.

b. usi sahee bukhari mai imaam bukhari ne kitaab salaatu taraaweh mai aik aur baab baanda

باب فَضْلِ مَنْ قَامَ رَمَضَانَ

baab fadhli mann qaama ramadhaan.

ye'ni aisa baab k jis mai qiyaam-e-ramadhan k fadail ka zikar hai.

hadeeth number hai 2013.

aur dono hadeethein woh hain. ye'ni aik he hadeeth ko imaam bukhari na salaatul layl ye'ni tahajjad mai bhi zikar kiya aur usi hadeeth ko imaam bukhari ne kitaab salaatut taraweeh mai bhi zikar kiya.

is ka ma'nah ye hai k naam mukhtalif hai magar namaaz aik he hai. ye'ni taraaweh, tahajjud, qayaamul layl, salaatul layl, qiyaam-e-ramadhaan ye aik he namaaz k mukhtalif naam hain.

c. usi sahee bukhari mai imaam bukhari ne kitaabul manaaqib mai baab baandha:

باب كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تَنَامُ عَيْنُهُ وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلْبُهُ

baab kanan nabiyyu salAllaahu alayhe wa sallama tanaamu a'ynuhu wa laa yanaamu qalbuhu

ye'ni aisa baab k jis mai zikar hai k nabi Sallahu alayhe wa sallam sote thay magar unka dil nahi sota tha.

aur is baab mai imaam bukhari ne wuhi hadeeth zikar ki.

hadeeth number hai 3569.

goya aik hadeeth ko imaam bukhari ne teen jagha zikar kiya, aur teen mukhtalif maqaam par aik he hadeeth koi suboot aur daleel k tor par paish kiya.

us hadeeth ka arabi matan aur urdu tarjumah yeh hai:

عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ كَيْفَ كَانَتْ صَلاَةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي رَمَضَانَ قَالَتْ مَا كَانَ يَزِيدُ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَلاَ غَيْرِهِ عَلَى إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، يُصَلِّي أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ فَلاَ تَسْأَلْ عَنْ حُسْنِهِنَّ وَطُولِهِنَّ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي أَرْبَعًا فَلاَ تَسْأَلْ عَنْ حُسْنِهِنَّ وَطُولِهِنَّ، ثُمَّ يُصَلِّي ثَلاَثًا فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ تَنَامُ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُوتِرَ قَالَ ‏ "‏ تَنَامُ عَيْنِي وَلاَ يَنَامُ قَلْبِي ‏"‏‏.‏

ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ نے بیان کیا ، ان سے امام مالک نے ، ان سے سعید مقبری نے ، ان سے ابوسلمہ بن عبدالرحمٰن نے انہوں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے پوچھا کہ رمضان شریف میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نماز ( تہجد یا تراویح ) کی کیا کیفیت ہوتی تھی ؟ انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رمضان مبارک یا دوسرے کسی بھی مہینے میں گیارہ رکعت سے زیادہ نہیں پڑھتے تھے ( ان ہی کو تہجد کہو یا تراویح ) پہلے آپ چار رکعت پڑھتے ، وہ رکعتیں کتنی لمبی ہوتی تھیں ۔ کتنی اس میں خوبی ہوتی تھیں اس کے بارے میں نہ پوچھو ۔ پھر آپ چار رکعتیں پڑھتے ۔ یہ چاروں بھی کتنی لمبی ہوتیں اور ان میں کتنی خوبی ہوتی ۔ اس کے متعلق نہ پوچھو ۔ پھر آپ تین رکعت وتر پڑھتے ، میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ! آپ وتر پڑھنے سے پہلے کیوں سو جاتے ہیں ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : میری آنکھیں سوتی ہیں لیکن میرا دل بیدار رہتا ہے ۔

isi tarha is ka kiya suboot hai k nabi kareem salAllaahu alayhe wa sallam taraaweh parhne k ba'd tahhajjud nahi parte thay?

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّي فِيمَا بَيْنَ أَنْ يَفْرُغَ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ - وَهِيَ الَّتِي يَدْعُو النَّاسُ الْعَتَمَةَ - إِلَى الْفَجْرِ إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً يُسَلِّمُ بَيْنَ كُلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَيُوتِرُ بِوَاحِدَةٍ فَإِذَا سَكَتَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الْفَجْرِ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْفَجْرُ وَجَاءَهُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ قَامَ فَرَكَعَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ خَفِيفَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ عَلَى شِقِّهِ الأَيْمَنِ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ لِلإِقَامَةِ ‏.‏ وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ حَرْمَلَةُ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ وَسَاقَ حَرْمَلَةُ الْحَدِيثَ بِمِثْلِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُ الْفَجْرُ وَجَاءَهُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ الإِقَامَةَ ‏.‏ وَسَائِرُ الْحَدِيثِ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ عَمْرٍو سَوَاءً ‏.‏

ayseha radhiAllaahu anha farmaati hain rasool Allaah salAllaahu alyhe wasallam isha ki namaaz k ba'd subha honay tak 11 raka'h parhte thay, do do kar k parhte thay, har do rak'ah ka ba'd salaam phairte thay aur phir aik witr pharte thay.

sahee muslim raqam al-hadeeth 736

(goyah is mai aik rak'ah witr tak ka thuboot bhi mil giya, alhamdulillah).

is riwayt mai aur bhi wazaahat se jawaab mila k aik he raat mai taraweeh aur tahhajjud alag nahi parhna. aur taraaweh ki sunnat 8 rak'ah he hai. goya aik he raat mai taraweeh aur tahhajjud alag ka koi masala nahi, jo baa'z kam ilm logon ne banaa raha rakkha hai.

agar che 8 raka'h tu saabit ho giya magar phir bhi aik jaahil keh sakta hai k rasool Allaah salAllaahu alayhe wa sallam ka apna amal batao. us k liye bhi aik riwayt arz hai.

sayyaduna jaabir radhiAllahu anhu bayaan karte hain:

صلّٰی بنا رسول اللہ صَلّٰی اللہ علیہ وسلَم فی شھر رمضان ثمان رکعات و‍أوتر۔

Allaah k rasool salAllaahu alayhe wa sallam ne hamei maah-e-ramadhaan mai aath raka'at namaaz-e-taraweeh aur witr parhae.

(masnad-e-abi ya'lah 2/326, al-mu'jam as-sagheer lil-tabraani 1/190, fath-hul baari 3/12 wa sanaduh hasan, ye'ni ye riwayt acchi sanad k saath hai.)

is riwayt k raawi aisa bin jaaria jumhoor muthaditheen k nazdeeq "”موثق، حسن الحدیث" m'thuq hasan al-hadeeth hain. is hadeeth ko imaam ibn khazaimah 1070 aur imaam ibn hibbaan 2409 mai sahee kaha.

haafith thahabi likhte hain "واسنادہ وسط”" ye'ni is ki sanad acchi hai. (mezaan al-i'tidaal 3/311)

imaam ai'ni hanafi ne umdatul qaari 7/177 mai aur degar muhaditheen ne is riwayt ko 8 rak'ah namaaz-e-tareewah par daleel banaya hai.

Salat taraweeh Asal mai won 111(8+3) rakat hain jo Rasool Allah saw roz parhte the tahajjud main. Hazrat umar ne isko bidat e hasna kahkar jamat se parhna shuru kiya
