GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER (GAD)

Generalized anxiety disorder is a chronic psychological disorder. People with GAD are excessively worrying about health, money, work (like school, college or university or job like employment or business) or family. They are seemed to restlessness and may feel nauseated. It is diagnosed when you feel someone excessively worrying about something at least 6 months. It may starts in childhood (age 6 to 18). Some symptoms of GAD are:

• Restlessness

• Difficult to sleep

• Easily fatigue

• Muscle tension

• Irritability

• Trembling

• Sweating
