seductive cloths? Simultaneously an 8 year old girl is also being raped. It’s
not just end, an eight month old baby was raped allegedly by her 28 years old
cousin at her home and needed three hours surgery for her injuries. What is
this? 8 months? Where are those dump people who say, a girl is raped because of
the way she is dressed? So don’t you think it is more of a matter of our
mentality than this so called dressing problem?
It isn't the matter of dressing it is the matter of psyche. In the event that
individuals are imagining that a lady is assaulted due to her dressing than what
they need to say in regards to the assault of this 8 month-old child, Zainab and
other assault cases are conferred in these earlier years?
Those days are not so far when all over again people are force to revise their
old tradition to kill their infant girls on their birth and feel embarrassed on
the birth of the girl like before they did. In earlier they feel ashamed on the
birth of a girl and now they will be dreadful in the matter of assurance of
their life. Why people just be unable to summon up the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
saying, that it is unlawful and cautioned parents that there would be a severe
punishment for this act on the Day of Judgment.

rape is merely a subcategory of adultery or fornication. In the well-known
Islamic legal book, "Fiqh-of-Sunnah," rape is included in a definition of hiraba
(terrorism or crimes of violence): "A single person or group of people causing
public disruption, killing, forcibly taking property or money, attacking or
raping women, killing cattle, or disrupting agriculture." This distinction is
important when discussing the evidence required proving the crime.
During the lifetime of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, a rapist was punished based on
only the testimony of the victim. Wa'il ibn Hujr reported that a woman publicly
identified a man who had raped her. The people caught the man and brought him to
the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He told the woman to go, that she was not to be blamed,
and ordered that the man be put to death. In another case, a woman brought her
infant to the mosque and publicly spoke about the rape that had resulted in her
pregnancy. When confronted, the accused admitted the crime to the Caliph Umar
who ordered his punishment.
Girls are sent to those homes
Allah love the most. Almighty Allah said girls are the blessings not a burden on
you. The Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ has clearly demonstrated that a girl is not a
matter of humiliation to a family. On the other hand, she is a matter of pride.
A man who brings up his daughters in a proper way will be among those who have
the honor of standing close to the Prophet ﷺ on the Day of Judgment.
