Guyzz all u have to do iz jst control on ur hunger...khana khao but wo cheezen khso jin syvenergy mily like boiled egg, bran bread,fruits,vegetables like cocumber and exercise kro orelse walk tw must hy nd green tea add kro daily lyf mn milk tea k bajaye...even i was also having a problm of overweight but since 9 mnths i am on dieting nd sb kuch khana chor dya hy nd definately now i am perfctly slim Alhumdulillah

asalamo alikum! my weight is 70 kg.my age is 26 years.i am in Bahrain .its hard to walk here.i want to reduce my weight.i am taking ginger with honey two times and also taking warm water 2 times.i am eating much.most of the time i am taking brown bread and one normal chapati.i am taking orange juice and milk.no other drinks. after 2 months i am going to marry. i want to reduce my weight before my marriage.i have fat on my belly and on hips.pls give me some idea.thanks i ll wait for your reply.

1) take half glass luke warm water ,, add 2 teaspoon honey , drink before breakfast ,
2) Take low fat sweetener in tea instead of sugar ,
3) brisk walk for 45 mins atleast , daily ,
4) drink water as much as you can ,,
5) use green tea (without sugar) , twice a day , 15 mins after meal

best way to loose weight is to cut down calories intake.
watermelon helps in loss weight. Agar ap 1 pura din watermelon me guzar dan tu 2kg weight 1 day me kam ho jae ga. apricot, peach, apples help in loosing weight.
Breakfast - 1 slice tose and green tea or normal tea
Lunch- 2 apples + apricot + water melon or melon
Dinner - half plate rice with raw vegetables (Cucumber, tomato, Ginder add zarur karain) + 1 cup green tea or normal tea, kacchi sabzi jitni kha sakaein khain.
1 week me guarante k sath 5-6 kg weight kam ho jae ga

agr ap apna weight kam krna chahte hain to rozana subha nashte se pehle aur khanay se pehle 2,3 glass pani pean aur chai , cofee wagera jo wazan barahti hain un cheezon ka istamaal kaam krdain .jin afraad ko backpain(kamar k dard) ki problem hain wo calcium ki tablets ya doodh,dahi ka istamaal karain.vitamin D ya subha suraj ki roshni mai atleast 10 se 15 min baithain
