خمیر کو پانی میں ملائیں اور دس منٹ تک چھوڑ دیں پھر اس میں میدہ ،نمک ،چینی اور دو ٹی سپون تیل ملا کر گوند لیں ۔پھر روٹی
بیل کر نرم کپڑے سے ڈانپ دیں حتی کہ پھول کر دوگنا ہوجائے ۔اب مرغی میں تمام مصالحے ملادیں ۔تیل گرم کریں اور
اس میں مرغی کو تلیں ۔پھر کیچپ ڈال کر گاڑھا گاڑھا ابھون لیں روٹی پزا ٹرے میں رکھیں ۔تھوڑی سی ٹماٹو کیچپ پھیلائیں
ُپھر مرغی کو پھیلائیں آخر میں پنیر کے ٹکڑے اوپر پھیلا دیں ۔ا |
